As soon as you know – let us know! Planning ahead is great but we will try to accommodate if there is a date available or if there is any cancelation. Booking is required 3 to 4 months in advance.

It also allows us to talk through your event location, occasion, event schedule, budget, style, and other factors that can heavily influence the best catering solution for your event.
Yes, a minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the estimated charges is required to reserve the date and time of the event. The deposit will be deducted from the client’s overall balance.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the day of the event.
If a confirmed booking is canceled, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- Notice of 30 days or more: Full deposit refunded.
- Notice of 21 days or less: 50% deposit retained.
- Notice of 14 days or less: Deposit nonrefundable.
- Any rescheduling for genuine reasons will be accommodated with certain conditions.
- Leftovers will be sealed and packed for the host to pick up from us after the event.
- Cash discount will be 3.33%.
In the event that a confirmed booking is canceled, the following cancellation charges will apply:

We’re aware that sometimes things happen that are outside of your control. In the event of needing a refund for a canceled event, do discuss this with us as early as possible, before extra services and products may have been ordered.
No problem! Once you’ve reserved your event date with a deposit, you’ll have the margin to adjust your menu and services as desired until 14 days prior to your event date.
We cater to all different size groups, starting with 30 guests and above.
We can cater at any location that allows caterers. This includes public or private locations, parks, recreation centers, your private home, etc.
There should be a kitchen on the site so the food can be properly warmed up, dished out and served.
Well, first, you will need to determine what level of food and service you are seeking, along with an additional delivery fee according to the location.
There is a service charge fee ($35 per server hourly) for your event.
BASIC TABLE SETUP:
We charge $350 for the basic table setup, which includes the following:
- The Menu Frame
- Food tags
- Props according to the theme.
ABOVE n’ BEYOND TABLE SETUP:
We charge $450 & above for the Above’n Beyond table setup, which includes the following:
- The Menu Frame
- Food tags
- Props according to the theme.
- Customized Family photographs
- Personalized menu cards for each guest.
- Main entrance Welcome Sign.
- Food customized according to the theme selection.
We are happy to provide vegetarian or other dietetic menu choices as needed to please your guests.
As soon as you have a specific date in mind, contact us to reserve that date on our calendar. Some events are booked a year in advance! Normally, we need 2 months advance notice to plan an event.
